Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym Review

Bowflex PR1000 Gym Review

Getting fit through exercise is becoming a more popular way to lose weight. People realize that diet pills, liposuction surgery and other extreme measures don’t only fail to provide lasting results but are also dangerous and could potentially harm the person implementing them. The only really good way to get rid of extra weight is to exercise and you can do that without leaving the house if you get the Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym. I have to say it’s been my favorite home exercise machine since I got it and the results I’ve obtained while regularly using it have me looking better than ever.

At first glance, the Bowflex PR1000 home gym might look like a monstrous machine, but it’s nothing to fear at all. The only thing that needs to fear this machine is the fat that’s making you overlarge. The Bowflex line prides itself on giving users a single machine which allows a workout for just about every single muscle in the body. The weights and lifting positions do allow every muscle group to be exercised and I have found that by the time I am done with only an hour on this machine I’m feeling the burn all over my body.

It’s a good feeling too; that’s all that nasty fat being burned off and making me lean. After working with my Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym for only a couple of months, I am noticing definition and firmness where there was just flab before. I’m not doing any kind of 5 minute a day workout either though. I work about 30 minutes a day, probably more like 40, 20 for the arms and legs. Everything has tightened up and I look and feel like a much healthier person to my very great pleasure. I have more energy now than I did when I was younger and it just feels amazing.

Now, onto the cost of the Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym; the price is not small. As far as I can tell from the prices on new ones, it is going for just under $450 right now after shipping and handling and taxes. It represents a large investment and this is not the kind of money you should carelessly throw away on something you won’t use once it’s yours. You may find a better deal at some specialty site or directly through the manufacturer though this is by no means a promise. The odds are good this machine will set you back a bit but think of the returns!

Bowflex PR1000
The Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym is compact, light and still strong enough to make you strong as well. It provides enough steady resistance with the weights and cables to work your muscles and burn fat fast. The cost is bearable too, very low compared to the majority of other home gyms on the market. Like other Bowflex systems, this one needs about the same amount of space to set up. That’s because it is essentially the same machine. With that in mind, why would you pay another $500 for the newer version when you can get the same results from this?
